The portal and bot functionalities were temporarily impacted due to downtime at our cloud service provider (AWS). The issue has now been resolved, and all services are running normally.

We noticed that the messages tab was temporarily not loading user chat history. This was due to our weekly deployment. The issue has now been resolved, and you should be able to access the chat history without any further disruptions.

The website bots were not functioning. We have implemented a fix to address the issue and it is resolved now.

We are experiencing some issue where the broadcast triggered from the portal are getting delivered after some delay. The team is actively checking this and we will update on the status.
